Get Ready to Find Out Why this essential oil has us singing this season!

Mood Booster

Bergamot’s sweet, lively, citrus fragrance is just what the doctor ordered. Its uplifting scent makes it a must for fall when the seasonal change has us feeling a little blue. The natural sedative properties of this oil help keep depression away.

Antiseptic Properties

Bergamot is a citrus fruit that contains natural antibacterial and antiseptic properties. With the topic of cleanliness taking over every conversation as of late, it makes sense to grab an oil that can serve a number of purposes for you at home.

Pain & Stress Reducer

We are all looking for more ways to deal with our never-ending stress levels naturally. Luckily, this oil comes with more than just sedative properties. It also acts as a natural anti-inflammatory making it a great addition to your daily routine.

Bergamot Soothing Bath Bomb

  • 1 cup baking soda
  • 1/2 cup citric acid
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup Epsom salt
  • 2-3 teaspoons Coconut oil
  • 15-20 drops Bergamot essential oil
  • Dried flower petals

Directions:

Dry Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the baking soda, citric acid, cornstarch, and Epsom salt. Mix well to ensure even distribution of ingredients. Wet Ingredients: In a separate small bowl, mix the carrier oil and Bergamot essential oil together. Combine: Slowly add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients while continuously stirring. The mixture should hold together when pressed, similar to wet sand. Optional: If you’re using dried flower petals, gently fold them into the mixture. Mold the Bath Bombs: Pack the mixture into bath bomb molds or silicone molds. Press down firmly to compact the mixture.

Let Them Set: Allow the bath bombs to dry and harden for at least 24 hours. You can speed up the process by placing them in a cool, dry place. Relaxing Bath Time: When you’re ready to use one, fill your bathtub with warm water and drop in the Bergamot Bliss Bath Bomb. As it fizzes, the wonderful aroma of Bergamot will be released into the air. Unwind and Enjoy: Step into the bath and immerse yourself in the soothing scent. Take this time to relax, let go of stress, and enjoy the tranquility. Rinse Tub: After your bath, rinse the bathtub to remove any residual color or botanicals.
