Blackberry Mule

Gluten-Free, Vegan, Serves 1 1/4 cup blackberries 8 fresh mint leaves juice of 1 lime 1 coconut lime Bia water Directions: Muddle the berries and mint together. Combine all ingredients and shake with ice. Top with more mint and blackberries.

Almond Cherry Smoothie

Gluten-Free, Vegan, Serves 1 1/2 Avocado 1 cup Frozen Cherries 2 cups Spinach 1 Tbsp Cacao powder 1/2 cup almond milk 1 Tbsp Almond butter 1/4 tsp Almond extract 1 tsp Pure Vanilla 1/2 Tbsp Chia Seeds Directions: Combine all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth. Top with coconut whipped cream and fresh cherries.

Cinnamon Hot Toddy

Gluten-Free, Vegan Serves 1 Orange Slice for garnish Cinnamon Stick for garnish 8 oz Bai Coconut Water 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup 2 tsp Lemon Juice Directions: Combine all ingredients into a glass, stir and enjoy hot or cold. For an adult, twist add 2 oz of your choice of Bourbon.
