Summer Breeze Cocktail

Gluten-Free, Vegan, Serves 2 3 oz Grapefruit Vodka 1 1/2 oz diet cranberry juice 3 oz coconut lime bia water 1 1/2 oz lemonade sugar-free Lime slices Directions: Into a shaker combine all ingredients and shake well with ice. Serve over ice with a lime slice.

Ginger Peach Bourbon Thyme

Gluten-Free, Vegan, Serves 1 1/2 lemon juiced 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup 1/2 cup fresh peach slices 4 sprigs of thyme fresh 2 oz bourbon 1 ginger beer Directions: Combine all ingredients into a glass and stir well. For added chill during the hotter days freeze the peaches. For a non-alcoholic option swap the ginger ale.

Coconut Pineapple Lime Margarita

Gluten-Free, Vegan, Serves 4 3 cups frozen pineapple 1 cup ice 8 oz lime juice 12 oz pineapple juice 22 oz coconut cream 3 cups coconut rum Directions: Combine all ingredients into a blender and mix until desired texture is reached. Top with a lime wedge or a slice of pineapple.

Frozen Watermelon Rose

Gluten-Free, Vegan, Serves 8 1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries 2 cups frozen watermelon 1/2 cup vanilla vodka 2 Tbsp lime juice 1 bottle rose wine 2 Tbsp agave syrup 1 cup ice Directions: Into a large blender combine all ingredients and blend to desired texture. Top with fresh strawberries or lime wedges.

Blackberry Mule

Gluten-Free, Vegan, Serves 1 1/4 cup blackberries 8 fresh mint leaves juice of 1 lime 1 coconut lime Bia water Directions: Muddle the berries and mint together. Combine all ingredients and shake with ice. Top with more mint and blackberries.
