30 Second Downward Dog
30 Second Low Lunge (each leg)
30 Second Reverse Warrior
30 Second High Lunge (each leg)
30 Second Extended Side Angle (each side)
30 Second Standing Half Split (each side)
30 Second Extended Side Angle Variation (each side)
30 Second Downward Dog Split (each leg)
30 Knee-to-elbow Crunch
1 Minute Side Plank (each side)
For best results preform routine daily. If you are already do another workout routine try adding this to your current workout before or after your upper body blast. If you are just looking to loosen up do this routine morning and night.
