Movement helps improve our bodies ability to function at its highest ability, which is why it is imperative that we are active daily! Stretching Workout Cardio Routine

We all need a little down time every now and then. But who says that has to effect your workout routine? Instead you can incorporate a stretching workout in your cool off days to help you stay on track and reach your goal.

Hold each of the following poses for 30 seconds:
Crescent Lunge (each leg)
Pigeon (each leg)
Downward Dog
Up Dog
Cat
Cow
Happy Baby
Yoga Squat
Side Bend (each side)
30 Windshield Wiper (each side)

Not only will you be releasing all that built up fluid in your muscles but you will also be getting a great workout too!
