Our bodies were designed to move. In fact, our bodies depend on us to do just that. When we remain immobile for a prolonged period of time our bodies our bodies start to breakdown. This is not our bodies way of rebelling against us. The reality is that our bodies are waiting for us to tell it what we consider important at which point they will prioritize that over everything else. Movement helps improve our bodies ability to function at its highest ability, which is why it is imperative that we are active daily! Get ready to find out which workouts will help you make the most out of each day!

Stretching Workout Lower Body Routine

If you have been giving it your all during leg day you are going to need to integrate this stretching routine into your off days. Believe me your body will thank you.

Hold all of the following poses for 30 seconds unless instructed to do more:
Half Moon (each side)
Warrior 3 (each side)
Crescent Lunge (each side)
Standing Splits (each side)
Goddess
1 Minute Reverse Plank
Bridge Pose
Bow Pose
Locus Pose
Yoga Squat
1 Minute Wall Sit

For best results do daily before and after any leg workout. If you are not working out but would still like a great stretch do this routine in the morning and night.
