Hold all of the following poses for 30 seconds unless instructed to do more:
Half Moon (each side)
Warrior 3 (each side)
Crescent Lunge (each side)
Standing Splits (each side)
1 Minute Reverse Plank
1 Minute Wall Sit
For best results do daily before and after any leg workout. If you are not working out but would still like a great stretch do this routine in the morning and night.
