Our bodies were designed to move. In fact, our bodies depend on us to do just that. When we remain immobile for a prolonged period of time our bodies our bodies start to breakdown. This is not our bodies way of rebelling against us. The reality is that our bodies are waiting for us to tell it what we consider important at which point they will prioritize that over everything else. Movement helps improve our bodies ability to function at its highest ability, which is why it is imperative that we are active daily! Strength Workout Cardio Routine

A great way to slim down and get tone is through strength training. Here is a quick cardio workout that can help you do just that.

50 Jumping Jacks
10 Push Ups
40 High Knees
30 Squats
20 Lunges (each leg)
30 Crunches
50 Jumping Jacks
15 Push Ups
1 Minute Plank
40 High Knees
20 Jumping Squats
30 Calf Raises
30 Crunches
50 Jumping Jacks
10 Push Ups
1 Minute Plank
40 High Knees
40 Squats
1 Minute Wall Sit
20 Leg Lifts (each leg)
30 Donkey Kicks (each leg)
20 Reverse Crunches
*Repeat 2

For best results do this routine 2-3 times a week. Make sure to stretch before and after. You will need to take days off in between workouts!
