Gluten-Free, Vegan, Serves 4
- 1/3 cup basil chopped
- 1 gluten-free vegan pizza crust
- 4 ounces vegan feta cheese
- 1 quart strawberries quartered
- vegan parmesan
- balsamic reduction
Directions:
Suppose using a baked crust, top with strawberries, basil, feta cheese, and parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 degrees F until hot and bubbly. Remove from the oven, drizzle with the reduction, and top with more parmesan.
