Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup shea butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup cocoa butter
  • 15 drops pomegranate essential oil
  • 5 drops lavender essential oil
  • 5 drops frankincense essential oil

Directions:

In the double boiler or microwave-safe bowl, melt the shea butter, coconut oil, and cocoa butter together until fully liquefied. If using a microwave, heat in short bursts, stirring frequently to prevent burning. Allow the melted mixture to cool for a few minutes but not to solidify. Once the mixture has cooled slightly, add 15 drops of essential pomegranate oil and optional oils like lavender and frankincense for added fragrance and skin benefits. Stir well to combine.

Place the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30-60 minutes or until it starts to solidify around the edges.
