Grave Digger Cocktail

Gluten-Free, Vegan, Serves 2

  • 2 cups chilled blackberry or pomegranate juice
  • 1/2 cup chilled sparkling water or soda water
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or agave nectar
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh blackberries or pomegranate seeds, for garnish
  • Lime wedges, for garnish

Directions:

In a cocktail shaker, combine the blackberry or pomegranate juice, sparkling water, lime juice, and maple syrup or agave nectar. Shake well to mix the ingredients thoroughly. Fill two glasses with ice cubes and pour the cocktail mixture over the ice. Garnish each glass with fresh blackberries or pomegranate seeds and a lime wedge. Serve immediately and enjoy your Grave Digger Cocktail!

Note: If you prefer a stronger drink, you can add a splash of your favorite alcohol such as vodka or rum. Just remember to choose a gluten-free option if needed.
