- 1 cup frozen banana
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp fresh ginger
- 1/4 cup carrot juice
- Dash ground nutmeg
- pinch black pepper
- dash of ground clove
Directions:
Into a blender, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth. Top with coconut whipped cream and more cinnamon.
