Detoxing Lemon Smoothie

Gluten-Free, Vegan, Serves 1

  • 1/2 cup frozen peaches
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 3/4 cup canned full-fat coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1 Tbsp fresh ginger
  • 1/2 Tbsp fresh lemon zest
  • 2 Tbsp vanilla protein powder of choice
  • 1/2 Tbsp maple date syrup
  • 1 Tbsp ground chia seeds

Directions:

Into a blender combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
