- 1 medium Banana frozen
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla
- 1 carrot chopped
- 2 dates pitted
- 1 tsp ginger fresh
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon ground
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- pinch of nutmeg
- 1 cup coconut milk
Directions:
Add all the ingredients into a blender and combine until it reaches desired texture. Top with chopped walnuts, shredded carrots, and whipped coconut cream.
