Burst Workout Lower Body Routine

If you are looking to get your butt into shape have I got the workout for you.

30 Donkey Kicks (each leg)
20 Squats
30 Calf Raises
20 Leg Lifts (each leg)
30 Lunges (each leg)
*Repeat 4 times

For best results do this workout routine 3-4 times a week.
