Eat Your Way To Better Health

Breathe Respiratory Relief Chest Cream

  • 1/4 cup shea butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 15 drops doTERRA Breathe essential oil blend
  • Optional: Peppermint essential oil
  • Optional: Eucalyptus essential oil

Directions:

In a small bowl, combine the shea butter and coconut oil. Mix gently to create a smooth mixture. Add 15 drops of doTERRA Breathe essential oil blend to the shea butter and coconut oil mixture. Breathe blend contains oils that can support respiratory health and clear the airways. For an added cooling effect and enhanced respiratory support, you can add a few drops of peppermint and eucalyptus essential oils. Use around 5 drops of each, if desired.

Stir the mixture thoroughly to ensure the essential oils are evenly distributed. Carefully transfer the respiratory relief chest cream mixture into a clean, airtight container. Small glass containers work well for this purpose. Apply a small amount of the Breathe Respiratory Relief Chest Cream onto your chest and upper back area. Gently massage it into your skin using circular motions.

Note: Store the chest cream in a cool, dark place. As this recipe contains natural ingredients, it’s advisable to use the cream within a few months to ensure freshness.
