Watermelon Beet Detox Smoothie

  • 1/2 Beet Chopped and Frozen
  • 1 Cup Frozen Watermelon
  • 6 Mint Leaves
  • 1/4 Cup Spinach
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/4 Watermelon Bia

Directions:

Blend all together and enjoy. I find it’s easier if you cut the watermelon small and let it lay flat in the freezer.
