Gluten-Free, Vegan, Serves 1
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup frozen cherries
- 1 small beet, roasted and peeled
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend on high speed for 1-2 minutes or until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add more almond milk to achieve your desired consistency. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
