- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 cup ice cubes
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately. Enjoy your delicious and healthy pumpkin gingerbread smoothie!
