Gluten Free Vegan Serves 4-6
- 1 pound of fresh strawberries (sliced)
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of coconut oil
Take berries and toss in lemon juice and oil. Place on a cookie sheet covered in parchment paper (trust me this is the best non stick option) and bake at 200 degrees for 3 hours. They taste just like twizzlers!
