Gluten-Free, Vegan, Serves 2
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 2 chai tea bags
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 oz whiskey
- Ice cubes
Directions:
In a small pot, heat the almond milk, chai tea bags, and cinnamon sticks over medium heat. Bring the mixture to a simmer and let it steep for 5 minutes. Remove the pot from the heat and discard the tea bags and cinnamon sticks. Stir in the maple syrup and let the mixture cool to room temperature. Divide the whiskey and almond milk mixture between two glasses filled with ice. Stir well and garnish with a cinnamon stick and a sprinkle of cinnamon on top.
