Gnocchi Tomato Pasta

Gluten Free Vegan Serves 2-4

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb gluten free Gnocchi
  • 12 oz marinara
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 Tbs nutritional yeast
  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 1 Tbs chopped basil

Directions:

Cook Gnocchi accordingly to directions. Drain and transfer to skillet. Add marinara, tahini, garlic, ad warm over medium heat. Stir frequently. Add nutritional yeast. Garnish wit fresh basil. Enjoy!
