- 1 ripe mango, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup mixed frozen berries
- 1 banana
- 1/2 inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
- Ice cubes
Directions:
Add the chopped mango, mixed frozen berries, banana, chopped ginger, unsweetened almond milk, and syrup (if using) to a blender. Add a handful of ice cubes to the blender to help thicken the smoothie and create a more refreshing texture. Blend on high speed for 1-2 minutes, or until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness, if needed, by adding more syrup or another sweetener of your choice. Pour the gingery mango berry smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
