Digestive Magnesium Oil Spray

  • 1/2 cup magnesium oil
  • 10 drops doTERRA Digestzen essential oil blend
  • Optional: Fractionated coconut oil

Directions:

In a small glass spray bottle, combine the magnesium oil and Digestzen essential oil blend. If you have sensitive skin or prefer a milder formula, you can add a few drops of fractionated coconut oil to dilute the essential oil. This step is optional but can provide extra comfort for those with sensitive skin. Close the bottle tightly and shake it well to ensure the essential oil is mixed evenly with the magnesium oil.

Spray a small amount of the Digestive Magnesium Oil Spray onto your abdomen or areas where you feel discomfort. Gently massage the spray into your skin using circular motions. Allow the spray to absorb for a few minutes before dressing.
