Coconut Whipped Cream

Gluten Free Vegan Makes 5 Cups

  • 1 Can Full Fat Coconut Milk
  • ½ Tbsp Pure Vanilla

Directions:

In a large bowl combine the ingredients. Using a hand mixer or standing mixer you want to start low and work your way up speeds. Whip the mixture until light and fluffy. On average it takes about 5-10 minutes depending on speed and mixers (keep in mind elevation can play a factor too). If you need something to add more stability add ½ tsp of Cream of Tartar to the mixture.
