Ingredients:

Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Serves 9

  • 1/2 cup vegan butter melted
  • 1 cup coconut brown sugar packed
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla
  • 1 large egg
  • 3/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup vegan dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup cherries pitted

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper and spray with coconut oil. Mix the melted butter and brown sugar in a bowl until well combined. Add the egg and vanilla and stir to combine. Next, stir in the flour and salt until combined.
