Soothing Bath Soak

  • 1 Cup Epsom Salt
  • 1/4 Cup Baking Soda
  • 2 TBsp Coconut Oil
  • 5 Drops Eucalyptus Oil
  • 3 Drops Melaleuca Oil
  • 5 Drops Lavender Oil
  • 3 Drops Peppermint Oil

Directions:

Combine all ingredients well in a small glass bowl and add to warm water. Soak in the bath for 15-20 minutes minimum.
