Spring is finally here, with all of its beautiful flowers. The flowers are breathtaking for more than just their beauty they help kick off allergy season. Allergy Busting Smoothie
Gluten-Free Dairy-Free Serves 1
- 1 Cup Frozen Pineapple Chunks
- 1 Banana Frozen Chopped
- 1 Cup Fresh Spinach
- 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 tsp Spirulina Powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Pure Vanilla
- 1 tsp Honey (Local)
- 1 Cup Coconut Bia Water
Combine all ingredients into a blender until desired texture is reached. Enjoy!
