Gluten Free Vegan Serves 4-6
- 1 1/4 cup canned coconut milk
- 1/3 cup almond butter creamy
- 6 large pitted dates
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Add coconut milk, almond butter, dates, cocoa powder and vanilla extract to blender. Blend until smooth. Pour mixture into molds filling almost to the top of the mold. Cover with lid and sticks. Place in freezer for at least 4 hours. Remove and enjoy!
