Gluten-Free, Vegan, Serves 4
For the overnight oats:
- 1 1/2 cups gluten-free rolled oats
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup

- Pinch of salt
For the toppings:

In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free rolled oats, unsweetened coconut milk, pure maple syrup, ground ginger, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and a pinch of salt.
