Kiwi Sorbet

Gluten-Free, Vegan, Serves 4 8 Kiwis, peeled 4 Tbsp Maple Syrup 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice 4 Tbsp Full Fat Coconut milk Directions: Cube peeled kiwi and lay flat onto a baking sheet and let freeze. Once frozen combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy immediately or pour into an icecube tray
